TIRANA, April 28 – Foreign Minister Ditmir Bushati has left for Washington D.C. where he is to take part at the conference of the Atlantic Council together with defense and foreign ministers from the NATO member countries.
The meeting will discuss issues of integration efforts of the Western Balkan countries into the European Union and the NATO, NATO values in the region, the future of the Euro-Atlantic community and other major issues like the developments in Ukraine and European challenges for being united, safe and free.
Albania became a full NATO member in 2009.
