This week, a major summit on Albania’s large diaspora was held with much fanfare in Tirana, discussing a series of issues on the topic. While positive in spirit, beyond the facade of the summit, there is a need for a comprehensive strategic approach that is inclusive and properly engages and utilizes the Albanian diaspora.
