TIRANA TIMES OP-ED In principle the establishment of a new political party in any pluralistic system should be good news. The creation of a platform where citizens can advocate for common interest is the key way to play the democratic game by the rules. However the political development story of Albania has seen the same old story repeat itself again and again in times prior to elections.
