During an interview for the Television News 24, the Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi, declared that he had filed a criminal complaint in the Special Anti-Corruption Structure against Taulant Balla, the Secretary General of the Socialist Party. “I have filed a criminal complaint at SPAK against Balla, because we have concrete cases where individuals from his electoral headquarters call people with economic assistance in telephone and threaten them to withdrew the aid if they don’t vote for the Socialist Party. We have identified all the numbers that are involved this process. There are cases when they call people and say to them ‘your economic assistance has been doubled by Taulant Balla’. This is criminal,” said Bardhi, who added that all SPAK needs to do is to check the telephone numbers given by the DP.
