TIRANA, Jan.29-The verification procedure for all property certificates will start by a control of agricultural land owners in tourist areas. If the certificate is not regular the state will require the current owner to buy the land at market prices determined by the Agency of Property Return and Compensation. New penalties are predicted for those who do not obey the law but take certain land under possession irregularly. The law defines new criteria for the validity of ownership of land.
