TIRANA, Jan 19 – Albania continues to be one of the main attractions for the retail real estate market in South Eastern Europe.
To recognize the importance of the retail market in the Central and Eastern European region a retail company named EuropaProperty will host the first annual CEE Retail Real Estate Awards Gala in Warsaw on Feb 5.
Countries included in the awards include Albania, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, Austria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, and the Republic of Moldova.
Over 350 guests, with over 100 being retailers interested in doing business in the region, will take part in the gala which will be preceded by a day of discussion panels covering the retail markets.
They represent an excellent opportunity to make new contacts and renew existing business relationships.
