TIRANA, Aug 19 – Albanian Foreign Minister Lulzim Basha took part, Tuesday, at the NATO meeting of foreign ministers held in Brussels to discuss the reaction to the Georgian conflict.
That is the first time Albania has taken part in a meeting after receiving a NATO membership invitation at its Bucharest summit in April.
Albania hopes to become a full NATO member next year.
