TIRANA, Nov. 12 – Albania’s national football squad is getting ready for its friendlies with France, Nov. 14, and Italy Nov. 18.
Though they are not part of the Euro 2016 qualifiers in terms of getting points, the games will serve Albania’s Italian coach Giovanni de Biazi for the consolidation of his team that has achieved relatively good results in the first few qualifying matches.
France will bring on the pitch its full A-team, sources told the media. The French team is technically part of the Albania’s Euro 2016 qualifying group, but as hosts they are automatically qualified so all games they have in the group are scheduled friendlies.
Albania had been wanting a friendly against Italy for a long time, but the Azzurri are likely to sent thier second team to the Albania match, which means many of its stars will be missing from the game.
Italy’s Antonio Conte has also invited forward Mario Balotelli for the first time since the World Cup finals, despite his poor start at the Anfield with Liverpool, England league
