Albania, India reach agreement to remove visas for diplomatic, service passports

TIRANA, Dec. 1 –  Albania and India have signed an agreement on the removal of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and service passports between the two countries, the  Albanian Foreign Ministry said this week.

The agreement will serve the interests of both countries and strengthen friendly relations and cooperation in various areas of mutual interest, according to the ministry.

The agreement will enable businesses from both sides to have freer movement, thus allowing more frequent communication and cooperation, the statement added.
