TIRANA, Dec 8 – Authorities have banned 32 local companies from participating in tenders due to their business practices.
The Agency of Public Procurement has announced it will exclude these companies, beginning December 1, for behaving unfairly in previous tenders. These companies will not be able to participate in public tenders during the next one to three year period.
These companies are located throughout the country and from a variety of businesses, though mostly in construction.
