TIRANA, March 2 – Albanian Interior Minister Bujar Nishani met Sunday with his Kosovar counterpart, Sadri Ferati, to discuss their shared experiences in local governments.
Both ministers reviewed ways of decentralizing the government’s powers in their respective countries and pledged intensive contacts to share experience.
