Albanian, Montenegrin lawmakers exchange experience on EU integration

TIRANA, Oct 18 – Lawmakers from Montenegro and Albania met in the southwestern port city of Vlora to exchange experiences on the integration process into the European Union.
The two-day event was organized by the OSCE.
Participants discussed legislation to comply with existing EU laws, outreach activities, co-operation with civil society, bilateral and economic relations, anti-corruption efforts, and organized crime matters.
Experts on European integration from the region attended the meeting, as well as representatives of civil society and delegations from the European Commission in both countries.
