MALESI E MADHE, Feb. 13 – Police fined three persons for entering by their boats into the waters belonging to neighboring Montenegro at the Shkodra lake. Xhevahir Ajazi, 28, Mentor Hasanaj, 28, and Rasim Baleshi, 60, were stopped when they had already crossed the Albanian border into the waters of the lake. It is not known what was the reason for that act, though normally it is believed they either tried to enter Montenegro illegally to go to their family relatives, or for fishing. Albanians do not need a visa to enter Montenegro as they can get it at the border crossing point.
