TIRANA, Dec 3 – Police reported they had arrested five persons while they were trying to pass along two kilograms of heroin to each other.
Police arrested fiver young men while they were exchanging the heroin on Elbasani Street in downtown Tirana.
The five arrested suspects were from Tirana, Elbasani and Peqin. The drugs had come from Macedonia and were to be sold in the capital, according to officials.
