TIRANA, April 21 – The Interior Ministry said a business owner in southwestern Vlora district had been arrested for running a document forging operation.
The man was found in possession of forged official seals, international driving licenses, ownership certificates, other notary public documents and also equipment used to produce such documentation.
Two other people were detained but were later let free as as part of the investigation.
