TIRANA, Dec. 5 – The American Chamber of Commerce held Tuesday a working lunch with Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha focused on the problems of links between business and fiscal and adminsitrative issues. Berisha said that his government’s package of Albania 1 euro would be made available at the end of the year and that was part of the law on concessions. That was a periodical meeting that the Chamber holds time and again with senior officials since five years.
