TIRANA, Feb.18 -The crisis in international oil prices is mobilizing the Albanian state-owned ARMO to produce fuel of superior quality, known as D1. In its goals for the year, ARMO has already planned to produce gazoil D1 which will call for upgrading the company’s technology. According to the ARMO general director Halim Dariu, during February an open-offer tender will invite specialized engineering companies that deal with the studying and designing of the technology that would enable the production of D1 domestically.
