VLORA, Nov. 9 – Prosecutor’s office of the Vlora district arrested Strati Xhelili, 66, and accused him of falsifying documentation.
Following that charge authorities also sequestered a number of properties belonging to Xhelili, including apartments, a shop and a garage.
He has falsified all the documentation on some 500 square meters and has used those documentation to later register the property at the mortgage office.
