DURRES, July 20 – Agim Seci, 50, owner of a bar in the western port city of Durres was shot dead Tuesday morning by another person.
It is believed that Seci was shot dead by Shpetim Mema, 32, identified by police as the main suspect for the murder.
It is believed the criminal act occurred after a quarrel on the loss of a cell phone between the two persons.
