TIRANA, Dec. 13 – Cold weather and heavy snow up to a meter in some northern areas have caused significant problems in the national roads.
Many roads in northern and eastern Albania were temporarily blocked following heavy snow Monday.
Police also advised all drivers to use chains when crossing the roads.
Many communes are already blocked due to the snow.
