TIRANA, May 31 – Ramazan Hidri, 46, was arrested after found with more than 1.5 tons of coffee he had tried to import without paying the customs.
Hidri, a resident of Pogradec, was arrested after he had crossed the border crossing and was traveling at the Lin-Pogradec road with a minivan.
After being stopped, Hidri had managed to flee the policemen and he is now declared at large.
