Court to reexamine controversial fines law

TIRANA, Feb.27-The constitutional court is examining the request of business associations led by the largest one KonfIndustria to reverse the fines law that obliges business to pay 15 percent of the fine in cash prior to any appeal made in court for the validity of the fine. Krenar Loloci that represents legally the business side has been heard by the court which has on the other side the administration that has approved the law.
