TIRANA, Sep. 24 – The parliament elected Mesila Doda to replace Ledio Bianku as the the head of the National Council of Radio and Television (or KKRT) on Monday.
Doda was deputy leader of the Council when Bianku, who is moving to an international judicial post, headed it.
