DURR̓, Aug. 29 – Police said Tuesday they arrested Rudin Merja, 27, in the port city of Durres after finding him with 13 packets of heroin he intended to sell to drug addicts in the city. Merja, who had been sentenced before for theft, was charged with production and sale of drugs that may sentence him with heavy imprisonment terms.
