TIRANA, April 12 – Police continue to conduct series of operations in the fight against drug trafficking.
On Monday police arrested two persons _ Saimir Jashar, 24, Ledjon ȥla, 20, and also declared at large a third person in the southeastern city of Korca.
They were accused fo distributing cannabis sattiva and when arrested they were found with 13 grams of that.
In Tirana police arrested Kreshnik Ramazan Kupi, 27, found at a main street in the capital with 100 grams of cannabis sativa packed in 40 packages. Two pistols were aso found in his apartment.
In another operation also in Tirana police arrested Mario Festim Avdia, 21, after finding him with separate packages of cannabis he was trying to sell at a quarter downtown the city.
