TIRANA, July 26 – Police in Tirana arrested three persons and accused them of trafficking narcotics. Ledio Ilir Guni, 26, Eduart Remzi Salku, 36, and Julian Ilir Bushati, 29, were arrested in the Kinostudio quarter together with 130 grams of heroin. In another operation in eastern Pogradec police arrested Ilir Kreste, 26, as he was declared at large after being sentenced to six years imprisonment for drug trafficking. Fighting drug trafficking remains a top priority for the country’s police.
