Durres dumpsite still pending final solution as emergency situation remains on paper

TIRANA, Oct.  1 – The announcement of an environmental emergency at a waste dumpsite just outside Durres, Albania’s second largest city and the traditional top tourist destination, has not changed anything for the better at the Porto Romano hotspot.
