During the last Assembly of the Socialist Party a few days ago, in a speech much anticipated for weeks even months, the Prime Minister of Albania outlines the vision for the governance in the next four years and perhaps longer. He presented the principles that he believes will be key in the governing strategy and finally presented the cabinet that is supposed to bring them to life.
