TIRANA, Oct. 4 – The government approved Wednesday a 12.5 million euro loan taken from the European Investment Bank for a big project on updating the education system in the country. Despite much money investment from the local cash-strapped budget education system in the tiny Balkan country misses a lot in infrastructure and other tools to operate normally.
