SHKODRA, Dec. 13 – Eight officials of the Pulti commune in Shkodra district were accused of abuse of post and falsifying documents police found at the house of one of them a series of documents like registers and other papers that were used to abuse with the public money for those persons assisted by the government. They had documents at home, which is illegal, for 700 families in their commune. They had falsified all the social assistance given to a considerable number of families during the last two months. The total amount of abuse was some 1.3 million leks.
