TIRANA, Feb. 4 – Mjaft! Nongovernmental organization announced Sunday it had set at its website the complete digital database of the candidates for the main town halls in the country for the Feb. 18 local polls. They may be found at

The project was funded from Soros Open Foundation in order to make possible to any Albanian citizen to find and check for whom they are to vote.
