Exchange business still on the streets

TIRANA, March.17- Despite the new legal framework that regulates foreign exchange business the exchange persons are still on the streets. The unfair competition is hurting the legal business of exchange offices. BoA has the capacity to issue licenses for the business and since the rules have been implemented only 8 new offices have been licensed. The granting of licenses goes through two phases and requires a capital of 1.5 million leks.
