Extradition from Italy

TIRANA, Jan. 3 – Extraditions did not end during the last days of the year.
On Thursday Dec. 30 Artur Vigani, 36, was extradited from Milan, Italy to serve his imprisonment at home.
In 2009 he was sentence from the Shkdora district court with 25 years imprisonment for a murder.
In 2003 he had killed in Padova, Italy another Albanian and had injured another one. That followed a quarrel at a bar.
