TIRANA, Aug 17 – A 37 year old from northwestern Shkodra, Arben Mlloja, was extradited from the Italian capital Rome to serve his imprisonment.
Mlloja is accused of attempted murder. He was arrested some weeks ago in Italy following cooperation between the two Interpol offices of the respective countries.
Also from Italy, Albanian authorities were handed another person, Enea Ngresi, 22, accused of exploiting women for prostitution. The Fieri district court in southwestern Albania had accused him of prostitution exploitation after he had taken a woman to Italy and forced her into prostitution. The woman managed to leave him after two months and came back home.
