FIER, July 4 – Fire engulfed a polyester factory in Fier causing serious damage, though no injuries were reported.
It is believed the fire was caused by faulty electrical wires. A neighboring house was also damaged by the fire.
It took firefighters a number of hours to extinguish the blaze.
Fires have caused significant damage throughout Albania in the last month.
