Foreign Minister meets with Kosova senior officials

TIRANA, Nov. 4 – Foreign Minister Besnik Mustafaj met Saturday with Kosova Deputy Prime Minister Lutfi Haziri and also with parliamentarian and leader of Ora political party Veton Surroi. Both are members of the Kosova negotiating team at the talks on the province’s future status. They exchanged opinions on the recent development in Kosova and also the status talks. Former Finnish President Martti Ahtisaari, United Nations Secretary General envoy for the talks, is expected to present his idea on Kosova’s future status within this year. They said that it is time when the Kosova political class should be more united than ever. They also said that the Kosova Albanians should be self-reluctant and mature in order to deserve independence they are looking for.
