TIRANA, Aug 17 – Nard Ndoka, the former health minister fired from the cabinet in July and also the leader of the Christian Democratic party, said that the recent government reshuffle was made due to the Gerdec tragedy, the March 15 blast that killed 26 and injured 300 persons. He considered said he did not understand the violation of the political agreement his party had with the governing Democratic Party of Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
