Government ratifies no-death penalty protocol, anti – terrorism convention

TIRANA, Oct. 11 – The Albanian government ratified Wednesday Protocol N. 13 of the European convention for lifting death penalty in all the circumstances. Albania has not applied the death penalty since 1995 when it became a Council of Europe member.
