Greek health minister visits Albania

TIRANA, Nov. 7 – Greek Health Minister Dimitris Avramopoulos made a visit to Albania meeting all top officials of the health and Prime Minister Sali Berisha. The premier on Tuesday thanked the minister on Greece’s help to thousands of Albanians taken care in the Greek hospitals and the assistance in the reform of the Albanian health system. “Such a reform is among the most difficult but the most important as well. We are determined to continue the reform, increase investment, promote private activity and improve management of our hospitals,” said Berisha.
