Greek strike suspends work at border crossings

TIRANA, April 22 – A three-hour strike from the Greek customs let thousands of Albanians waiting to cross the border into the neighboring country.
Hundreds of thousands of Albanians residing in neighboring Greece as immigrants exploit any national holiday to come to their homeland, this time also to apply for the new identity cards.
This always causes problems and makes them endure hours of waiting at the border crossing pints.
This time it was a three-hour strike by the Greek customs officials.
