Holidays brings emigrants home, euro is devaluated

TIRANA, Dec. 26 – in the local exchange market the flux of emmigrants has caused a significant drop in the value of the euro. The common European currency supply has increased due tot he fact that the majority of emmigrants who come back for the holidays are from Italy and Greece. Fromt he beggining of the week when one euro wuld be exchanged to 124 lek, now it can be found with 123.7 lek. The American dollar has recorded a slight imporvement being traded at 93,80 lek, from the previous 93,53.
