Human traffickers arrested

TIRANA, July 19 – Police arrested three persons on charges of of trafficking women to be exploited for prostitution.
The Premtimi (Promise) police operation put under shackles Zylyftar Tare, 26, Ilir Saraci, 26, and Agron Sinani, 25. A fourth person, Kudusi Hoka, 25, was declared wanted at large.
They are suspects for coordinating efforts to traffic women.
Investigation has shown that Tare sheltered at his house in Linze three women of 15, 18 and 19 years old. Then they were transported towards Kosovo in collaboration with the other three persons so that they could serve as prostitutes there.
In another operation codenamed Ekstremi (Extreme) police arrested three other persons –
Bledar Uka , 20, Dritan Uka, 22, and T.T, 16, accusing them of trafficking infants.
They are accused of trafficking a 15 year old girl from Durres who was exploited for prostitution in capital Tirana.
