TIRANA, Aug. 28 – Prime Minister Edi Rama’s failure to mention the Ministry for European Integration’s dissolution and merger with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a grand speech announcing his new cabinet has raised eyebrows among opposition representatives and advocates for EU integration.
