TIRANA, Aug. 28 – Prime Minister Edi Rama’s failure to mention the Ministry for European Integration’s dissolution and merger with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a grand speech announcing his new cabinet has raised eyebrows among opposition representatives and advocates for EU integration. In a speech delivered at Sunday’s meeting of the Socialist Party National Assembly, Rama said he was restructuring the cabinet to have fewer ministries by dissolving some and merging others.
