TIRANA, Sept. 19 – The Interior Ministry and the Institute for Democracy and Mediation held Tuesday a national seminar on the role of the mediator in the local governance in an effort toward reforms in the local authorities. According to Sotiraq Hroni of the institute, it aimed at urging the population to take part in the daily life and decision taking.
