TIRANA, April 14 – Interior Minister Bujar Nishani and Prosecutor General Ina Rama signed a joint memorandum Tuesday ordering their personnel to increasingly cooperate with each other in the future.
The two institutions have always been at odds with each other, blaming the other for delays or lack of efficiency in the investigation process.
The signed memo seeks to improve the efficiency of all law enforcement institutions.(Tirana Times Staff)
