TIRANA, Feb. 8 – Interpol’s office in the Greek capital has urged Albania to execute an international warrant against Klement Balili, a Saranda businessman and former government official suspected of running a drug trafficking organization. On Jan. 30, officials from Interpol Greece contacted their Albanian counterparts and delivered a ruling of the Appeal Court in Athens to enforce the international warrant.
