Judicial reforms poised to fail, opposition says

TIRANA, Dec. 1 – The Opposition Socialist Party said last weekend they would withdraw from the parliamentary committee on judicial reform following the governing majority’s rule to fire former prosecutor general. Deputy parliamentary group head Erion Brace said his party would collaborate with the governing Democratic Party-led coalition only on electoral reform.
