The Central Election Commission, or KQZ, is finding itself in a very difficult position. Political parties rushed to register. That means they will first register as a political grouping, then they should present the list of candidates for all the top posts in the municipalities and communes and everything has to be done until Dec. 19 as the last date. That leaves the KQZ with little time to present the voters list. “It is necessary to say that the KQZ has not had during this period the required cooperation with the political factor,” complained its head Clirim Gjata on Sunday.
