KUKES, Dec. 13 – Authorities concluded the rehabilitation of road parts in Kukes-Krume segment which were damaged from rain in spring. Their damage made difficult driving in that area, which would become more difficult when the snowy weather started. Some 16 million leks were used for that.
Snow on Tuesday caused the first problems for traffic in Kukes area. Vehicles have found it difficult to drive in many road segments 14 segments are being repaired with 79 million leks but the quality of work has resulted in problems using these segments though snow is only 30 centimetres There are 351 kilometres of roads in Kukes, Tropoja and Has.
