TIRANA, Dec. 15 – Socialist Party MP Vladimir Kosta was one of the many victims of property scam. The MP paid millions of leks to a 30-year-old man identified as Armand Gjuzi in exchange for an apartment. After taking the money from the lawmaker, Gjuzi sold the apartment to another person and according to Kosta refused to pay the funds back. The MP filed criminal charges against Gjuzi who is being investigated by prosecutors.
